SYMPTOMS OF INSOMNIA

Symptoms of insomnia

Worrying about insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, random thoughts, and restlessness are most common among patients with anxiety disorders.

Sleeping very lightly, awakening at the slightest sound or light, subjectively feeling that sleep is not good, unable to sleep deeply or dreaming frequently, or even though sleeping, still lack of energy.

Waking up in the middle of the night, tossing and turning, and having difficulty falling asleep is common in patients with depression.
