1. Basic information: Questionnaire (disease history, family history, medication history, health behavior, depression test, etc.)

2. Physical examination: general physical examination, height, weight, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference

3. Laboratory examination:

(1) Urine test: protein

(2)Glomerular filtration rate

(3) Blood biochemical tests: GOT, GPT, creatinine, blood sugar, blood lipids (total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol)

(4) Hepatitis B surface antigen and hepatitis C antibody: 45 to 79 years old (indigenous people aged 40 to 79 years old) can receive one lifetime examination in conjunction with adult preventive health care services.

4. Health consultation: quit smoking, abstain from alcohol, quit betel nut, exercise regularly, maintain normal weight, healthy diet, accident and injury prevention, oral health care

#The subsidy period for adult preventive health services is for those over 40 years old, and for those under 65 years old, the subsidy is once every three years.
