What is sub-health?

Sub-health is a critical state between health and disease, where a person's psychology or body is in chaos but has no obvious pathological characteristics. For example: often feeling tired, not sleeping well, easily getting sick, feeling depressed and other symptoms. This is a common health problem in modern life. If sub-health is ignored, it may increase the risk of chronic diseases. Please note that although it is difficult to find a clear cause of sub-health symptoms, they cannot be ignored.
