What is chronic fatigue syndrome?

It is a health problem in which the body feels extremely tired and cannot recover through rest.

This fatigue often lasts for more than six months and is accompanied by a range of other symptoms, such as muscle pain, sore throat, headache, memory loss, and depressed mood.

Simply put, chronic fatigue syndrome is a kind of long-term extreme fatigue, accompanied by a variety of physical and psychological symptoms. This fatigue cannot be improved by rest.
